Request account and data deletion

Follow these steps to delete your Vaulk72 account and associated data. Requests must come from the email tied to the account.

How to request

  1. Email support@vaulk72.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Use the same email you sign in with so we can verify ownership.
  3. Optionally include watchlist names or notes to speed up confirmation.

Processing time

Verified requests are reviewed within 30 days. We will email you once deletion is complete or if we need more information to confirm ownership.

Tip: responses arrive faster if you reply from your original request thread.

What we delete

  • Account profile and authentication identifiers
  • Watchlists, preferences, and in-app settings
  • Locally cached assessments tied to your account

What we may retain

Legal or transactional records (like receipts) may be kept where required by law. These records are isolated from deleted account data.
